Our Pediatric Intensive Care Unit

The St. Luke's Pediatric Intensive Care Unit serves infants and children through age 17 and is the most remote PICU in the country. Our pediatric population has a wide range of diagnoses, including respiratory issues, traumatic injuries, pediatric surgeries, neurological, endocrine, sepsis, gastrointestinal, renal, cardiac, and seizure disorders.

Our Interdisciplinary Team

Our team includes pediatric-trained critical care nurses, respiratory therapists, pediatric intensivists, dietitians, social workers, occupational and physical therapists, child life specialists, pharmacists, chaplains, and subspecialty physicians. We also provide sedations and procedures for children who are outpatient with a family-centered care approach.

Qualifications

  • Education: Nursing Degree
  • Experience: 1+ years of RN experience
  • Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice
