About the Role:- Provide high-quality patient care to infants and children through age 17 in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including pediatric trained critical care nurses, respiratory therapists, pediatric intensivists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Monitor and manage patient conditions, including respiratory issues, traumatic injuries, pediatric surgeries, neurological, endocrine, sepsis, gastrointestinal, renal, cardiac, and seizure disorders.
- Provide education and support to patients and families to promote optimal health outcomes.
- Current RN licensure from the State of Practice.
- 1+ years of RN experience in a pediatric intensive care unit or similar setting.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
