The RoleWe are seeking a skilled HR Coordinator to join our team and support our human resources functions across multiple campuses in the US and Canada. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Responsibilities- Data Entry and Administrative Support: Assist HR leaders across campuses with accurate and timely data entry, maintaining employee records, and providing general administrative support.
- Act as a partner and backup to the HR Coordinator in our El Segundo, CA office.
- Philanthropy Coordination: Manage and coordinate philanthropy purchases and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and community impact, including communication of events and coordination of volunteers.
- Campus-Wide Engagement: Plan and execute campus-wide engagement activities in collaboration with HR and various ERGs, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Communication Liaison: Serve as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries, providing prompt and accurate information to employees and stakeholders.
- Event Planning: Assist in organizing HR events, workshops, and training sessions, ensuring all logistical arrangements are in place.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and across multiple campuses.
The estimated salary range for this position is between $20-$23 per hour, based on location, skills, and experience.
