Job Title: Director of Nursing Services

Silver Ridge Care, a part of the Caldera Care family, is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing Services to lead our nursing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, direct, supervise, and evaluate nursing services provided in the center.
  • Ensure nursing department compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and implement center core nursing programs.
  • Maintain records and reports for resident care.
  • Orient and train nursing services personnel.
  • Manage the nursing services department within budget.
  • Follow all center policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Current state RN licensure without enforcement.
  • Previous DON experience of 3 years or more preferred.

Compensation for roles at Silver Ridge Care varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by state and local law, Silver Ridge Care provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Silver Ridge Care expects to pay for roles they may be hired in Washington, as stated below:
