Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Electronics Installation Specialist to join our team at M.C. Dean, Inc. This role involves installing and maintaining electronic security systems, performing preventive maintenance requirements, and conducting inspections and evaluations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead teams on small to medium complex installation projects with limited supervision.
  • Conduct and document daily toolbox talks.
  • Install equipment at both local and global levels per design packages.
  • Program head end equipment for Access Control, Intrusion Detection, and CCTV systems.
  • Troubleshoot and isolate both systems and/or hardware at both local and global levels.
  • Provide on-site software commissioning and testing.
  • Perform inspections, evaluations, and inventory.
  • Create, document, and track RFIs.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license.
  • 6 years of electronics installation and/or maintenance activities on multiple systems and with multiple customer programs.
  • 3 years of the above experience must be focused in electronic security systems.
  • Strong oral, written, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated background working with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Demonstrated time management and organization skills to meet deadlines and quality objectives.
  • Strong MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
Desired Qualifications
  • Vendor certifications in multiple IDS, ACS, and CCTV systems.
  • Software House CCURE, Verint, MDI, AMAG Symmetry, Bosch BVMS, Bosch IDS, Hirsch, Intercom Systems Aiphone, FFT, Honeywell Video & Vindicator, and Proximex certifications and experience in installation of said systems.
  • Lenel OnGuard Enterprise Security System certification (1000 and 2000).

This position may require up to 80% travel. The selected candidate must possess an acceptable driving record in accordance with our policy.
