Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Technician to join our team at CPP- Minneapolis. As a Quality Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect outgoing and returning products from sub-tiers to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Review and approve paperwork and certifications for sub-tiers and put parts back in process after acceptance.
  • Issue return goods authorization and track progress of RGAs through stages.
  • Manage return goods crib and work with Quality engineers to disposition parts.
  • Communicate with sub-tiers about any quality issues found during receiving inspection.
  • Collaborate with Quality Engineering, Product & Process Engineering, and Production personnel to aid process improvement teams.
  • Participate and assist in continuous improvement activities with Supervisor & Leads.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in quality or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years previous experience in Quality Assurance position within a manufacturing company preferred.
  • Inspections and audits experience.
