About the Role

We are seeking a diligent and sincere Quality Assurance Specialist to lead QA processes across multiple functions, including Product Development, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Manufacturing.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, knowledge of quality control analysis, and experience with technical writing.

Responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring and updating quality control systems
  • Reviewing and maintaining documentation for internal, external, and regulatory submissions
  • Verifying raw materials, purchased parts, and finished products meet established testing and inspection standards
  • Identifying quality problems and recommending solutions

Requirements:

  • Excellent problem-solving and judgement skills
  • Knowledge of quality control analysis and manufacturing processes
  • Technical writing experience
  • Relevant software experience (e.g. MS Office, SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment
