Salary

The estimated salary range for this position is $38.00 - $46.00 per hour, with benefits included. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, ensuring fairness and competitiveness.

Job Description

As a Home Care Nurse, you will coordinate and oversee all aspects of patient care in their homes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing personalized care plans in collaboration with patient care teams.
  • Providing education to families on patient condition, needs, and care requirements.
  • Performing head-to-toe physical assessments and managing medications.
  • Administering injections, IV therapy, or tube feedings, and maintaining catheters.
  • Completing timely and accurate documentation and supervising LPNs and HHAs.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • One year of clinical experience as a registered nurse (RN) or approval by VP clinical if less than 1 year.
  • A current RN license specific to the state(s) you are assigned to work.
  • A minimum of six months' home health experience and current CPR certification.
  • A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and liability insurance.
  • The ability to assess patient status and identify age-specific needs.
