Responsibilities

The Senior Process Engineer will oversee projects and personnel within Page's Industrial sector, focusing on the following areas: process systems, mechanical processes, bulk gas delivery, ultra-high purity (UHP) systems, industrial waste management, and ultrapure water (UPW) systems. This role encompasses multiple ongoing projects through all phases, including programming, schematic design, development of construction documents, construction administration, and project completion.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building our team through recruitment and mentorship.
  • Promoting technical advancement within our engineering teams.
  • Assisting in the formulation of business strategies to support strategic growth forecasts, progressively enhancing year after year.
  • Managing the Process Engineering team.
  • Driving growth in the Industrial market, particularly in the Phoenix area and the broader U.S. western region, as well as internationally.
  • Willingness to travel to domestic and international sites.

Qualifications

Applicants should possess:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience with process, waste, and ultrapure water systems in the semiconductor or advanced technology sectors.
  • Preferred: Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the U.S.
  • Familiarity with software tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, NavisWorks, Pipe-Flo, Caesar or Autopipe for pipe stress analysis, Bluebeam or Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction.
