Salary Information
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $21 to $40, with opportunities for overtime and boosted holiday rates. With our flexible pay options, you can earn up to 25% higher than average hourly pay. Job Responsibilities
Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:
  • Delivering high-quality nursing care in post-acute care facilities
  • Observing and reporting on residents' vital signs
  • Ensuring a clean and safe environment
  • Assisting residents with personal hygiene, feeding, grooming, and other activities of daily living (ADLs)
  • Liaising between staff, residents, and family members to support ongoing communication and transparency


Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
  • A current Pennsylvania Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
  • Demonstrated knowledge of nursing care procedures and clinical terminology
  • Detail-oriented and able to effectively communicate with medical professionals, residents, and family members
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
