Position Overview:
The Wealth Management Client Services Associate is a pivotal role focused on delivering exceptional service and support to both internal and external clients through effective communication channels. This position requires adherence to Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, ensuring compliance while managing client interactions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of servicing and supporting clients in the investment and banking sectors.
- Clearly communicate the value proposition of services, aligning clients with appropriate products.
- Provide prompt responses to client inquiries via phone and email, ensuring a high level of service.
- Resolve client issues comprehensively, managing each case from initiation to resolution.
- Handle inquiries related to banking and investment operations, including executing unsolicited securities trades (Series 7 & 63 required).
- Ensure compliance with KYC/AML and other regulatory requirements.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and collaborate with back-office teams for optimal support.
- Offer constructive feedback to management regarding client experiences and potential areas for improvement.
- Identify and engage prospective clients, executing targeted outreach campaigns as directed by management.
- Proactively reach out to clients to understand their needs and enhance relationships.
- Complete all necessary training in a timely manner.

Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in client service or sales within the financial services industry is preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar role that provides a solid understanding of relevant policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of various financial products and strong networking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills, capable of thriving in a team environment.
- Ability to work independently while adhering to established protocols and making informed decisions.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in executing multiple tasks.
- Commitment to delivering an outstanding client experience consistently.
- Open to receiving and acting on feedback to improve performance.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) is preferred.
- US Registered FINRA Series 7 & 63 required; Series 66/65 preferred.

Education:
- Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred.
