Fire Operations Manager

At Firetrol Protection Systems, we are currently seeking a highly skilled Fire Operations Manager to lead our team of fire protection professionals.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing fire life safety systems operations, with a strong background in fire alarm, suppression, security, and sprinkler systems. They will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing installation, maintenance, and repair activities related to life safety systems.

In this role, you will also develop and implement standard operating procedures to ensure quality and efficiency. You will collaborate with sales and project management teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Additionally, you will manage and evaluate team performance, providing guidance and training as needed.

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $120,000-$150,000, depending on location and experience.
