Job Opportunity

Overview

Medical City Dallas is seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team. As a diagnostic imaging specialist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare organization.

Responsibilities

· Perform superior-quality MRI scans on patients of all ages under the direction of a radiologist · Maintain a safe and therapeutic diagnostic environment based on practice standards and magnet safety guidelines · Participate in departmental improvement activities

Requirements

· Graduate of an AMA-approved school of radiology technology · ARRT certification · MRT State of Texas certification · MRI certification through ARRT required by December 31, 2012 · Current AHA or ARC BLS provider · If current employee participating in a cross-training program, all training will be completed under direct supervision of a registered technologist · Certification in alternate modality is required within 6 months of completion of training
