We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our in-house therapy team at Homeplace Manor Healthcare Center, a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facility. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional care to our patients and residents, and we are looking for a passionate SLP to help us achieve this goal.
About the RoleWe see a diverse patient population with orthopedic, neurological, and cognitive conditions, and we are seeking a clinician who is skilled in creating and implementing programs to address these conditions.
