Speech-Language Pathologist PRN Opportunity

Wisteria Place Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team on a PRN basis. As a Speech-Language Pathologist at Wisteria Place, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and provide high-quality care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

About the Role

We are looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and is committed to staying up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and research. As a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist, you will have the flexibility to choose your own schedule and work at times that suit you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Effectively screen and evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders and develop appropriate plans of care.
  • Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with communication, cognitive, and/or swallowing disorders.
  • Evaluate treatment outcomes and modify services as needed.
  • Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to speech disorders.
  • Document all regulatory and clinically required information in the electronic documentation system and maintain patient records according to company policy.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
