**Job Summary**

Lowe's seeks a highly motivated Telephonic Medical Case Manager to join our team. As a key member of our claims management process, you will ensure that employees receive timely and necessary medical care for workers' compensation injuries.

**Responsibilities**

  • Manage an assigned caseload of medical workers' compensation cases
  • Evaluate employee needs and develop personalized recovery plans
  • Collaborate with internal and external personnel to achieve claims resolution
  • Maintain accurate records and reports

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Associate's Degree with 5 years of experience in a clinical position
  • 3-5 Years of Experience as a Case Manager or Utilization Review Nurse in worker's compensation
  • Experience in a clinical position
  • Unrestricted RN license in home State
