About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Golden Corral. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of freshly baked products, including yeast rolls, cakes, pies, and specialty desserts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare hand-made yeast rolls, cakes, pies, and specialty desserts to meet production needs.
  • Prepare breakfast bakery items on weekends to ensure timely delivery.
  • Operate the buffet production system to ensure quality and shelf life compliance.
  • Maintain quality by preparing all products following Golden Corral recipes and standards.
  • Ensure proper portioning and recipe yields.
  • Follow the Bakery and Dessert Café Production Guide.
  • Provide excellent guest service by being friendly and courteous to guests and assisting them with baked goods.
  • Meet cleanliness, service, and quality standards.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent baking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be able to follow recipes and instructions, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
