Job Title: City Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced City Manager to lead our municipal government. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in public administration, urban planning, and community development.

Job Summary

The City Manager serves as the chief executive officer of the City government, responsible for the overall management, administration, and leadership of municipal operations. This pivotal role demands exceptional strategic thinking, robust managerial skills, and outstanding communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the City's goals and objectives
  • Provide leadership and direction to City departments and staff
  • Collaborate with the City Council, elected officials, and community stakeholders to ensure the efficient delivery of public services
  • Manage the City's budget and financial resources
  • Develop and implement policies and initiatives to promote economic development and community growth
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in public administration, business administration, urban planning, or a related field
  • Progressively responsible experience in municipal or city government, preferably in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of successful administration and implementation of policies and programs
  • Experience working effectively with elected officials, diverse communities, and multi-disciplinary teams
