Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Applications Developer to join our team at Stainless Piping Specialists. As a key member of our Engineering Department, you will be responsible for creating component drawings and part instructions from customer-supplied designs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Convert customer designs into fabrication drawings, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Utilize 3D modeling software to create component drawings and part instructions.
  • Collaborate with the Purchasing Department to create drawings as required.
  • Develop and maintain product flow, ensuring efficient manufacturing processes.
  • Work closely with the Quality department to make corrections on drawings as directed.
  • Participate in special engineering projects as assigned by the Manager.
Requirements
  • 3D modeling background, with SolidWorks experience preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills for effective team collaboration.
  • Ability to translate assembly drawings and layouts, with a focus on customer specifications.
  • ERP software experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills for maintaining product flow and meeting deadlines.
