  • Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, presentation, and service, to ensure that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.
  • Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure that all food products meet our high standards of quality and safety.
  • Menu Development: Work with our culinary team to develop and implement new menu items and promotions that meet our customers' needs and preferences.

Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in a kitchen management role, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.
  • Certifications: Required state alcohol-server and Manager ServSafe Certifications.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of kitchen staff. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly and effectively.
