Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Funds Services/Fund Accounting team as a Summer Intern. As a member of this team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our clients and gain hands-on experience in fund administration and accounting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review financial statements and reports for clients
  • Assist with cash and journal entries, bank reconciliations, and other accounting tasks
  • Interact with clients through email and phone calls to provide exceptional customer service
  • Participate in quarterly and annual audit functions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Process and track daily cash contributions and distributions for investment fund clients
  • Attend in-person and virtual networking events to build relationships with clients and industry professionals
Requirements:
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance with a strong Accounting focus
  • Strong interest in fund accounting and services as a career
  • Current Junior with an expected graduation date between December 2025-August 2026
  • Proficient with Excel and other accounting software
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and manage ambiguity
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership, learning, and collaboration skills
  • Customer-centric mindset
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work responsibly in a hybrid environment
