We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Westview Nursing and Rehab. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for implementing physical therapy services for patients, caregivers, and centers in accordance with the principles and practices of physical therapy and within ASC Therapies and Wellness policies and procedures.

* Screen and evaluate patients to determine skilled therapy needs and develop initial and ongoing care
* Implement physical therapy services with minimal supervision
