Under the guidance of the Golf Pro and Assistant Golf Pro, this role is essential for ensuring a seamless experience for patrons at the golf course. The primary focus is on customer service, efficient cart management, and maintaining the cleanliness and readiness of the golf carts.

III. Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers warmly and professionally.
  • Maintain and clean the fleet of golf carts to ensure optimal performance.
  • Oversee the storage of golf carts, including opening and securing them daily.
  • Perform cleaning duties for buildings and grounds, including window washing and trash disposal.
  • Ensure all work areas are tidy and free from debris.
  • Organize carts to prevent obstruction in passage areas after use.
  • Inspect golf carts for cleanliness and overall condition regularly.
  • Manage the collection and organization of range baskets and the cleaning of range balls.
  • Ensure golf carts are well-stocked and in good condition.
  • Maintain cleanliness on the driving range.
  • Assist with the setup of golf carts for tournaments.
  • Report any significant issues or complaints to the Golf Pro or Assistant Golf Pro.
  • Facilitate smooth player traffic flow.
  • Monitor and report the need for supplies essential for daily operations.
  • Assist customers with their golf equipment as needed.
  • Help patrons with cart assignments and returns.
IV. Additional Duties
  • Carry out other responsibilities as assigned.
V. Qualifications

Experience: Previous customer service experience is beneficial. Familiarity with golf operations is preferred.

Licenses/Certifications: A valid driver's license is required. A Utah Driver License must be obtained within 60 days of employment and maintained throughout the duration of employment.

Special Requirements: None specified.

Knowledge: A general understanding of golf course operations, rules, and customer service principles.

Skills: Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and maintain a flexible schedule. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members are essential. Physical stamina is required to perform tasks outdoors in various weather conditions.

Working Conditions: This position involves regular exposure to outdoor elements, including heat, humidity, and rain. Physical demands include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.
