Laundry Attendant

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to join our team at Hilton Grand Vacations. As a Laundry Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our resort's laundry facilities, providing exceptional customer service to our guests, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

• Operate large machinery, including washers, dryers, and folders, to ensure efficient and effective laundry processing.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, including answering questions and providing information about resort services and activities.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including sorting and folding linens, and transporting linens to and from operations and buildings.
• Report maintenance deficiencies and ensure that all equipment is in good working order.
• Work in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing demands and priorities.

• Previous experience in a related role, such as housekeeping or laundry service.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, including carts and large bags of linen.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands and priorities.
