This role is essential in ensuring that accurate physical inventories are conducted within our retail environments. By providing dependable inventory counts, we support our stores and enhance customer satisfaction.

This is a full-time position with a 4-day work week.

*Most Fridays, weekends, and major holidays are off.*

The primary responsibilities of this position include:

  • Independently counting merchandise within our stores, utilizing handheld devices to scan UPCs and record counts.
  • Delivering outstanding service to customers and effectively communicating with store team members.
  • Maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency, with regular tracking of progress towards goals and constructive feedback provided.
  • Exercising discretion while handling confidential information.
  • Participating in additional auditing projects as needed to keep leadership informed about store conditions and performance.
  • Performing other related tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Understanding of basic business mathematics and bookkeeping
  • Six months to one year of relevant training and experience
  • Strong cognitive and visual skills for accurate counting
  • Physical stamina to stand and walk for the majority of the workday
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move items weighing between 10 and 50 pounds
