We are seeking a skilled Radiation Therapist to join our team at Jupiter Medical Center. As a Radiation Therapist, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to our mission of providing world-class healthcare.
Responsibilities- Apply radiation to patients in accordance with physician prescriptions and safety procedures.
- Prepare and position patients accurately, selecting anatomic parameters as needed.
- Deliver patient treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and dosimetrists.
- Maintain detailed records of therapy sessions and ensure compliance with regulatory agency standards.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly department.
- Satisfactory completion of a 24-month course in approved Radiation Therapy Technology or Radiologic Technology.
- ARRT registration (ARRT-T or ARRT-R) and completion of a 12-month course in approved Radiation Therapy Technology.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- Cyberknife experience preferred.
