Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Sobe Innovative Rehab. As a Geriatric Care Specialist, you will provide top-notch therapy services to our geriatric clientele in a home setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and treat patients in an Assisted Living Community
  • Communicate effectively with families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
  • Maintain thorough documentation of services in our Electronic Medical Record (EMR)

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral/Masters/Bachelors degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Active licensure as a Florida Occupational Therapist

Compensation: $110 per evaluation
