Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Parts Manager to oversee the accurate receipt and storage of parts, minimizing obsolescence and ensuring compliance with OEM standards. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in automotive parts management, with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the receipt and storage of parts, ensuring compliance with OEM standards
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with vendors, both internal and external
  • Order non-stocked parts from the factory, other dealerships, and reputable parts suppliers as required
  • Manage all necessary paperwork and documentation, ensuring compliance with reporting and record-keeping standards
  • Motivate and develop staff through coaching, mentoring, and training
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in automotive parts management, with a proven track record of success
  • Skills: Proficient in inventory control, pricing strategies, and comprehensive auto parts management. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, essential for maintaining productive vendor and customer relationships
  • Technical: Proficiency in computer processing, including spreadsheet and database tools
