At Kimberly-Clark, we're seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Manager to lead our threat detection and automation efforts. As a key member of our team, you'll oversee the design, implementation, and management of threat detection systems and tools, developing and refining detection rules, signatures, and use cases to improve threat detection capabilities.

As a seasoned cybersecurity professional, you'll identify opportunities to automate repetitive and manual cybersecurity tasks, ensuring automation solutions are scalable, reliable, and aligned with industry best practices. You'll also lead and manage the incident response team to ensure timely and effective response to security incidents, developing and maintaining incident response plans, playbooks, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the incident response team
  • Develop and maintain incident response plans, playbooks, and procedures
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and management of threat detection systems and tools
  • Develop and refine detection rules, signatures, and use cases
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive and manual cybersecurity tasks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
  • 7 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of incident response, threat detection, and cybersecurity automation
  • Proficiency in security tools and technologies such as SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS, and SOAR platforms
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GIAC are highly desirable
