Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve high-quality food and beverages to our customers, adhering to established menu plans and recipes.
- Maintain accurate records of food preparation, storage, and serving, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of food, including garnishing and plating.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to established cleaning schedules and protocols.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless food service operations, including food preparation, serving, and cleaning.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations, including proper food handling, storage, and disposal practices.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills in food service operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Food Service Certificate or equivalent experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods.
