Key Responsibilities- Assess and manage the health status of patients, including performing and documenting comprehensive histories and physical examinations.
- Order and collect data using appropriate assessment techniques, relevant supporting diagnostic information, and diagnostic procedures as needed.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized plans of care that address the complex health needs of patients.
- Prescribe diagnostic strategies and therapeutic interventions, including pharmacologic, non-pharmacologic, and surgical interventions, to achieve expected outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to promote continuity of care and ensure seamless transitions.
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certification in the state of Tennessee.
- 1 year of relevant work experience in a healthcare setting.
- Master's degree in a related field.
