Responsabilidades

Como Especialista en Rehabilitación Ambulatoria, tendrás acceso a la última tecnología en el tratamiento de pacientes con problemas de equilibrio. Tus responsabilidades incluirán:

  • Desarrollar estrategias y planes para la clínica de acuerdo con los estándares de la empresa para un servicio y crecimiento excelentes.
  • Asumir la responsabilidad del presupuesto con capacitación.
  • Planificar y supervisar toda la atención al paciente y las operaciones administrativas.
  • Asistir en el reclutamiento de empleados para asegurar que la clínica esté dotada de personal calificado.
  • Evaluar el desempeño y disciplinar a los empleados cuando sea necesario.
  • Monitorear el cumplimiento de las pautas legales, políticas internas y estándares de calidad.

Requisitos y habilidades
● Comprensión sólida de presupuestos, recursos y procedimientos de evaluación de desempeño o disposición para aprender.
● Excelente conocimiento de estándares y regulaciones para el campo clínico.
● Habilidades excepcionales de comunicación y trato con las personas.
● Aptitud para resolver problemas y conflictos.
