Competitive salary range of $443,667 to $479,639.

Team Overview:
Become a vital member of our team of five exceptional ophthalmologists.

Position Details:
- Full-time role with options for a 4 or 5-day work schedule.
- Flexible FTE arrangements available (0.8 or 1.0 FTE).
- Call schedule of 1:5, typically involving one weekend and one weekday block every five weeks.

Clinical Environment:
- Consultations conducted at two hospitals with a robust hospitalist program.
- Utilization of Epic Electronic Medical Records.
- Clinic hours from 8 AM to 5 PM with potential for flexible scheduling.
- One surgical day per week after establishing practice.
