Job Summary:

The Financial Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial data, creating financial models, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial software, and the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze financial data and create detailed financial reports and models.
  • Monitor financial performance by tracking key metrics and identifying trends.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to management based on financial analysis.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
  • Conduct variance analysis to compare actual results to budgeted figures.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather and analyze financial information.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven 2-4 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
  • Strong knowledge of financial software (Excel, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
  • Experience in Agriculture, Manufacturing, or Construction industry is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Professional certification (CFA, CPA) is preferred.
