Qualifications:

Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience (e.g., 10 years in power plant operations).
Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in Power Plant Operations/Maintenance or engineering with a technical degree.
  • 10+ years of power plant experience without a degree.
  • Desired: Experience in a fossil power plant environment.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • In-depth understanding of power plant operations and maintenance practices.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage effectively with contractors and agencies.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
