This is a comprehensive warehouse operations program that provides a unique opportunity for individuals to learn and grow within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead process improvement projects across various departments
  • Ensure proper staffing and execution of work volume

  • Manage daily/weekly/monthly reporting and realignment activities

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Operations Management (preferred)
  • High school education or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in a leadership role
  • Must have 2 years of supervisory/management experience
  • Supervised at least 10 team members (highly desired)
  • 2 years of Distribution Center Operations/Project management experience
  • Lean Manufacturing principles (a plus)
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Related industry experience (natural stone, tile, or hard flooring industries preferred)
