Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Mental Health Crisis Specialist at Washington County Mental Health Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing outreach support to community members in crisis, conducting clinical assessments, and facilitating referrals to appropriate providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with law enforcement to provide crisis intervention and support to individuals in need.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners to ensure seamless referrals and care coordination.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Masters degree in relevant field with experience in human services and/or emergency services preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in mental health or related field with 3-5 years of experience in human services and/or emergency services preferred.
  • Associate degree with 5+ years of experience may also be considered.
  • Must have safe vehicle and clean driving record.
Compensation and Benefits

$62,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience. Comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life, and accident insurance, 403(b) matching, employee assistance plan, and more.
