We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Residential Support Specialist. As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting individuals with intensive and persistent mental health needs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide residential supports to individuals in various settings, including licensed therapeutic homes and peer-supported housing.
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, medication management, and treatment planning.
  • Develop and implement individualized recovery plans to promote health, wellness, and recovery.
  • Collaborate with our team to provide 24/7 support and ensure resident safety.
Qualifications
  • B.A. in psychology or Human Services.
  • Previous work experience with psychiatric populations.
  • Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and own reliable transportation.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check.
