Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Innovative Renal Care. As a Nurse Care Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care to individuals suffering from End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Patient Care: Deliver exceptional patient care, improving the quality of life for individuals with ESRD.
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Monitor Patient Progress: Continuously assess and monitor patient progress, making adjustments to care plans as needed.
  • Communicate Effectively: Maintain open and transparent communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Stay Up-to-Date: Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and advancements in renal care.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for a nursing degree.
  • License and Certification: Registered Nurse License in the state of practice; Current BLS/CPR certification required.
  • Experience: Previous dialysis, ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg nursing experience preferred but not required.
