Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and care staff to provide comprehensive care and support to residents.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify residents' needs and develop effective care strategies.
- Provide education and training to residents, family members, and care staff on various aspects of senior care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall care experience for residents.
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing and current state license.
- 1+ years of nursing experience, preferably in geriatric care.
- Current CPR certification and ability to meet schedule requirements with no restrictions.
- Working knowledge of treating and assisting seniors with dementia.
- Ability to provide necessary care to residents within state and federal guidelines.
