Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify residents' needs and develop effective care strategies.
  • Provide education and training to residents, family members, and care staff on various aspects of senior care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall care experience for residents.
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing and current state license.
  • 1+ years of nursing experience, preferably in geriatric care.
  • Current CPR certification and ability to meet schedule requirements with no restrictions.
  • Working knowledge of treating and assisting seniors with dementia.
  • Ability to provide necessary care to residents within state and federal guidelines.
