We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Haverford, Pennsylvania. As an LPN with IntelyCare, your responsibilities will include:
- Working in post-acute facilities in the area as an LPN
- Being accountable to follow and adhere to resident care plans
- Tracking the wellbeing of residents, both physical and mental, and monitoring their vital signs
- Conducting intakes, documenting health concerns and medical history of residents
- Administering and properly verifying medications and monitoring their effects
- Reviewing residents' charts and medical records
- Assisting with the cultivation of a safe, comfortable facility
- Maintaining appropriate stocks of medical supplies
- Participating in IV set up, immunizations, and phlebotomy procedures
- Helping with the orientation and training of medical staff
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current Pennsylvania state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Completion of an approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) educational program
- An H.S. diploma or GED (or equivalent)
- The ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- A minimum of 6 months of experience (LPN or related role)
