About the Role
The Registered Nurse at Haven Behavioral Hospital provides critical support to our treatment team, working collaboratively to deliver safe, quality care to all patients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough patient assessments to identify individual needs and develop effective care plans
- Administering nursing interventions to address patient concerns and promote overall well-being
- Maintaining a safe and efficient working environment, adhering to facility policies and procedures
- Communicating effectively with the treatment team to ensure seamless care delivery
- Supervising Behavioral Health Technicians and assuming charge nurse duties when assigned
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A graduate degree from an accredited nursing program
- At least two years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with one year in acute psychiatric care preferred
