Job Title: Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a skilled Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse for a 13-week assignment at a partnering hospital in Joliet, Illinois.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to expectant mothers and their families during the labor and delivery process.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized patient care and support to expectant mothers and their families during labor and delivery
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care and communication
  • Monitor and manage patient vital signs and medical conditions
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and evidence-based care
Requirements:
  • Current Illinois Registered Nurse License/Certification
  • American Heart Association BLS
  • 1-2 years of recent relevant experience in Labor and Delivery
