Nurse Clinician I

UCHealth is seeking a skilled Nurse Clinician I to join our Trauma Services team at Poudre Valley Hospital in Fort Collins, CO. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for implementing and evaluating patient care plans to optimize outcomes and maximize available resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams to address program development, problem identification and resolution, cost containment issues, regulatory compliance, and systems/performance/outcomes measures.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate program services, practice standards, and initiatives, including program-specific committees, conferences, and staff/public education opportunities.
- Serve as a resource to staff regarding clinical practice, policies, and program services.
- May provide direct patient care as needed to evaluate or assist with caring for patients.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program if less than 3 years' experience.
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider.
- Minimum Experience: 3 years of nursing experience.
