Proper Hospitality Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced and self-driven In-House Office Administrator to thrive in a fast-paced business. This individual must be able to adapt to changing demands and needs while maintaining composure and providing thoughtful suggestions for improvement.

The ideal candidate will have three to five years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. They should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.

Key responsibilities include receiving and routing incoming calls, engaging with visitors, managing email correspondence, coordinating shipping through online portals, greeting vendors, liaising with current clients, reviewing incoming mail, preparing outgoing mail, communicating with drivers as needed, completing and communicating order status, customer requests, updates, inputs, etc.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for fulfilling 'sample' requests, inputting and processing orders, data entry, and interacting with the sales team. A working knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.

This role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees. The successful candidate will have strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage priorities and workflow.

Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
