  • Provide exceptional customer service and support through various channels, including in-person, phone, and online.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a financial services role, preferably in a credit union or banking environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
