Pet Groomer

Job Title: Mobile Pet GroomerJob Summary:

Aussie Pet Mobile South Sarasota, Venice, and Punta Gorda is seeking a reliable and experienced Mobile Pet Groomer to join our team. As a Mobile Pet Groomer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality pet grooming services to clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive a custom-designed mobile pet grooming van to clients' homes and provide grooming services for various breeds.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of pets during the grooming process.
• Maintain a clean and organized grooming area.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Follow all local and state laws, road/driving regulations, and company policies.
• Keep pace in a physically demanding job, lifting pets into and out of the van if necessary, and getting in and out of the van repeatedly throughout the day.
• Communicate effectively with the support team.
• Use a smartphone device for GPS navigation, customer management system, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicating with supervisors and other team members.

Requirements:

• Minimum of one year of experience as a pet groomer.
• Knowledge of different breed standards and grooming techniques.
• Ability to handle pets of all sizes and temperaments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Must hold a non-provisional, unrestricted driver's license.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass a background check and motor vehicle report.
• Must pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening (which does not include pre-employment testing for marijuana).
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must be willing to work holidays (except Christmas, New Year's Day, 4th of July, and Thanksgiving).
• Must have good English speaking, reading, writing/communication skills.

Hiring Process:
