Candidate Profile

Educational and Technical Qualifications

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Familiarity with MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel.
  • Exposure to AutoCAD is preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and safeguarding sensitive information.
  • Strong command of English, including spelling, grammar, and vocabulary.
  • Self-driven, diligent, and eager to learn.
  • Excellent listening abilities.

Experience Requirements

Some relevant experience demonstrating leadership, initiative, and teamwork is preferred.

Licensure

A valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record are required. Engineer in Training (EIT) certification is preferred for final-year Bachelor's and Master's students.

Work Environment

This position requires in-office presence due to the collaborative nature of the work and the need for in-person client meetings. The work environment is typically clean and comfortable, with occasional site visits to outdoor locations.

Physical Requirements

While performing job duties, the employee is regularly required to communicate effectively. The role involves prolonged periods of sitting, with occasional standing, walking, and the use of hands for various tasks. The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 40 pounds occasionally.

Personal Protective Equipment

As per client site protocols, candidates will be required to use appropriate personal protective equipment, including gloves, hard hats, safety vests, and other necessary tools.
