At Professional Case Management, we are seeking an experienced and business-minded Regional Director of Clinical Operations to lead our health services and clinical leaders in a dynamic and client-focused environment.
Job Summary:The Regional Director of Clinical Operations will be responsible for managing, supervising, coordinating, evaluating, and developing client care teams to ensure quality care delivery and appropriate case management within the Company's scope of services and policies. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong business acumen.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the region's health services and clinical leaders to ensure quality care delivery and appropriate case management
- Manage, supervise, coordinate, evaluate, and develop client care teams
- Ensure compliance with company policies, state, federal, and local laws, and Nurse Practice Act
- Participate in all activities relevant to professional clinical services furnished, including the development of qualifications and the assignment of personnel
- Travel to assigned outlying regions and client sites as needed
- Graduate of a state-approved school of professional registered nursing
- Current unblemished and unrestricted RN license in the state(s) of practice
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
- Minimum of five (5) years nursing experience, including in-home healthcare
- Minimum of three (3) years of management experience preferred
- One to two (1-2) years RN Case Management experience preferred

The typical base pay range for this role is USD $85,500 - $127,900 per year. Individual base pay depends on various factors, including primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience, skills, and other market-based factors.
