Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a clinical setting, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Participate in patient education and discharge planning to ensure a smooth transition of care.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Washington State Registered Nurse License.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Recent nursing experience in a clinical setting.
- Telephone triage experience.
